Ducati Swingarm Rear Axle Sliders Rear axle sliders for all 2002 and later Monsters with Aluminum Swingarm and 25mm Axle. This is basically all later "S" model Monsters (without single sided swingarm). Fitment includes M750S, M800S, M900S, M1000S, and S4 Monster. These also fit the ST3S and ST4S Sporttouring. Your rear axle must have a 17mm allen head on the left side and a 30mm nut on the right for these to fit. If you have a 25mm axle with a 30mm nut on both sides, see our sliders for steel swingarms. Our uniquely designed axle sliders allow installation or removal in just seconds with NO TOOLS REQUIRED. This makes rear wheel service easier and gives the sliders and your bike a smooth, clean look. Other competing products use an allen bolt mounting system that can allow the head of the allen bolt to be ground off in the event of a crash, making the sliders difficult to remove and replace. With our simple design the sliders themselves screw directly onto a light weight aluminum shaft, sandwiching the axle between the sliders. Just slide the rod thru the axle and tighten the sliders onto the ends- simple, elegant. With just hand tightening pressure our sliders mount firmly and won't loosen from vibration or impact. Axle, swingarm, and brake components are much better protected in a fall and result in lower repair costs. This system is ideal for racing or street use.
